Job Description
IT Digital Business Analyst
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify pain points, and recommend opportunities for process optimization and digitalization.
- Prepare comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, or user stories with clear and measurable acceptance criteria.
- Translate business requirements into high-level solution designs that align with business goals and technology capabilities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, API, and Platform teams to assess the feasibility, scalability, and technical viability of proposed solutions.
- Ensure that proposed solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, technology guidelines, and leverage reusable components where applicable.
- Support project delivery throughout the development, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation phases.
- Provide functional clarification and ongoing support to Engineering and Quality Assurance (QA) teams during development and testing activities.
- Validate that developed solutions meet the approved business requirements, functional specifications, and expected business outcomes.
Qualifications \& Requirements
Minimum
3–7 years of experience
as a
Business Analyst, IT Business Solution Analyst, or Product Analyst
.
Strong understanding of
digital banking
,
API technologies
, and
system integration
concepts.
Familiarity with
Agile methodologies
, including
Scrum
and
Kanban
.
Proficient in developing
business requirement documentation
, functional specifications, user stories, and business process flows.
Experience in the
banking
or
financial technology (fintech)
industry is highly preferred and considered an advantage.
