Regional Sales Manager – Pumps (Aftermarket) \| Western USA

The Opportunity

We’re working with a global leader in engineered flow control equipment to appoint a Regional Sales Manager focused on driving aftermarket growth across pumps and rotating equipment.

This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for both revenue delivery and team development, covering a strategically important West Coast territory across energy, industrial, and process markets.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of regional performance, leading a team of sales professionals while directly engaging key accounts and driving market expansion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver regional bookings, revenue, and margin targets
  • Lead and develop a team of Account Managers \& Field Sales (4 reports)
  • Build and execute strategic account plans across key customers
  • Grow aftermarket revenue (spares, upgrades, service, lifecycle solutions)
  • Identify and win new business across energy \& industrial markets
  • Support negotiations, deal strategy, and closing of major opportunities
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and regional sales performance
  • Provide market intelligence (competitors, demand trends, customer needs)
  • Collaborate with engineering/product teams on customer-driven solutions

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in pumps, rotating equipment, or flow control
  • Proven experience in aftermarket/service sales
  • Track record of hitting bookings/revenue targets
  • Experience leading or mentoring sales teams
  • Strong commercial acumen (pipeline management, forecasting, deal strategy)
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on
  • Knowledge of API / industrial standards is a plus
