About the Role:

We are looking for Scrum Master with over 10 years of experience who would be responsible for driving Agile delivery across complex technology programs. Mentor scrum teams, shapes Agile practices, and ensure alignment with regulatory, security, and operational priorities. Collaborate extensively with architects, SMEs, compliance teams, and broader enterprise stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, secure, and compliant solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Required Skills \& Experience:

• 10\+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
• Proven experience coaching teams through Agile transformations and improving delivery at scale within a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile Manifesto.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, negotiate scope, manage cross-team dependencies, and drive outcome-based delivery.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience guiding teams through scaled Agile frameworks.

Good to Have

• Experience working with cloud-based healthcare platforms, especially SAP services supporting healthcare data lakes.
• Experience working in cloud, data, or DevOps-driven development environments.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach multiple Agile teams, facilitate high‑impact Scrum ceremonies and drive strategic improvements in Agile practices, team maturity, and delivery predictability.
• Build a culture of continuous improvement through advanced coaching in Lean, Scrum, and Kanban principles.
• Identify systemic impediments and collaborate with stakeholders to remove blockers, streamline processes, and improve flow.
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters, support Agile transformations, and contribute to enterprise‑wide Agile frameworks such as SAFe.
• Support release planning across multiple teams and dependencies involving systems and platforms.
• Provide transparency through advanced metrics and analytics—flow efficiency, cycle time, predictability, quality trends, and regulatory readiness indicators.
