About the Role
Responsible for managing and optimizing the martech stack including CRM, websites, and marketing automation platforms. Acts as the technical backbone of the omnichannel marketing team, ensuring seamless execution, vendor coordination, and system integration. Additionally, owns and executes alternate channel marketing campaigns for doctor and patient segments in liaison with marketing teams – to drive behaviour, belief and awareness shifts.
Responsibilities
- Administer marketing automation tools (e.g., CleverTap, WebEngage, HubSpot, Mailchimp) for lead nurturing and campaign workflows.
- Oversee website development, maintenance, and analytics.
- Collaborates with CRM teams (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) for data hygiene, segmentation, and campaign execution.
- Owns and coordinates for marketing projects focused on various customer target segments via third parties (digital, offline).
- Steer the data management and governance strategy for BSV in coordination with commercial excellence, marketing and external stakeholders.
- Provide cost estimates, timelines, and feasibility assessments for new digital initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (technical background not mandatory).
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing technology management.
- First-hand experience of CRM, CMS, and automation platforms.
- Experience in managing marketing projects in coordination with internal marketing teams and external stakeholders.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus, but not mandatory.
