We are seeking an experienced SAP Datasphere Lead to support ongoing Finance stabilization, reporting, and data optimization efforts across our SAP landscape. This individual will work closely with Finance, Reporting, Data, Integration, and Technology teams to drive end-to-end delivery across requirements, data modeling, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities.

This role requires strong SAP Datasphere and Finance data expertise, along with the ability to lead technical delivery and translate business reporting needs into scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand reporting needs, data issues, performance challenges, and integration requirements across Finance

· Lead end-to-end delivery for Datasphere enhancements and stabilization efforts, including:

o Requirements gathering

o Data and solution design

o Technical development coordination

o Testing support (SIT/UAT)

o Deployment and hypercare

· Support stabilization and optimization across:

o SAP Datasphere models and data products

o S/4HANA data extraction and CDS views

o SAP Analytics Cloud reporting dependencies

o Data loads, transformations, and performance

o Data quality, reconciliation, and issue resolution

o Meter-to-Cash data and integrations with billing systems

o Finance reporting and reusable data models

· Coordinate across AMS, project, reporting, integration, and business teams to drive delivery

· Assist with backlog prioritization, sizing, defect resolution, performance tuning, and roadmap planning

· Identify opportunities to improve data reliability, reuse common models, and reduce reporting complexity

Qualifications

· 7\+ years of SAP data, analytics, or reporting experience with strong SAP Datasphere experience

· Deep understanding of enterprise data modeling, integration, and reporting in an SAP S/4HANA environment

· Strong experience across:

o SAP Datasphere

o SAP S/4HANA data and CDS views

o SAP Analytics Cloud integration

o Data modeling and performance optimization

o Finance data integration and reconciliation

· Experience leading requirements and solution discussions directly with business and technology stakeholders

· Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced stabilization environment

· Strong coordination and communication skills across onshore, offshore, business, and technical teams

Preferred Experience

· Meter-to-Cash processes and integration with utility billing systems

· SAP Analytics Cloud reporting experience

· Utility / energy industry experience

· Experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation or stabilization programs

· Familiarity with agile delivery and backlog management tools (ADO, Client,
