OBJECTIVES

Maintenance Network, Load balancer by Gitlab Ansible follow Regulation also best practice about IT security
Networking supporting core business systems to meet existing and new business needs;
Provide consultant/troubleshooting together with Development team, where it’s required Network engineer understand traffic workflow, application priority and data transport.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES

Network Operations and Maintenance (Load balancer, router, switch, firewall…)
Operation and maintenance for network device.
Keep track the Incident \& Change Management of related field to provide professional resolution and SLA according to IT Policy
Take technical ownership of projects related to Networking and core business system to effectively following the project timeline and deliverables
Take place in developing and maintaining Business Continuity and Contingency plans including disaster recovery plans, communication and escalation plans, and emergency operations plans.
Maintain documentation and procedures to ensure adherence to institutional, state and federal policies and regulations
Identify and resolve network issues to enhance overall performance and reliability.
Build and utilize automation (Gitlab, Ansible, python…) to improve productivity, workflow, and technology deployment
Continuously drive network performance improvements to support a variety of business services
Participate in provincial business trips to implement new/replacement projects as well as troubleshoot problems
Team's on-call rotation

EXPERIENCE \& EXPERTISE

Experience:

Experience with Load balancing, Web Application Firewall
Experience with build automation tools such as Git/Ansible, Python, ...
Strong understanding of networking principles, protocols, and technologies (VPN, VLAN/VxLAN, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, BGP, etc)
At least 3 years working/developing on Enterprise Networking (Switch, Router, Firewall, WAF, Load Balancing, QoS, Monitoring…)
Knowledge of Network Management and Analytical tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, flow logs, etc
Experience with Azure Cloud networking, especially private channels

Skills:

Multi-vendor and multi-cloud knowledge.
