Job Title: Product Manager (North America)
Reports to: Director of Product
Job Summary:
The Product Manager (North America) will lead product planning and localization for the North American market. This role is responsible for conducting market and competitive analysis, identifying customer needs and product opportunities, partnering with regional sales teams to gather feedback and manage product requirements, collaborating with China HQ on product planning and localization, coordinating licensed brand projects, and supporting Go-to-Market (GTM) planning and product launches.
Duties/Responsibilities (Product Management and Localization):
· Lead product planning and localization for the North American market to enhance product competitiveness.
· Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, competitive products, and product opportunities.
· Partner with regional sales teams to gather customer and channel feedback and manage product requirements.
· Collaborate with China HQ on product planning, requirement definition, and product localization.
· Coordinate licensed brand projects and ensure product compliance with brand requirements, standards, and certifications.
· Support Go-to-Market (GTM) planning and new product launches.
· Provide product support, product information, and launch-related guidance to sales teams as needed.
· Manage product requirements and support cross-functional follow-up to help ensure product initiatives are completed on time.
Required Skills/Abilities:·
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the TV or consumer electronics industry.
- Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, GTM, or Marketing.
- Strong product planning, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Experience with product portfolio or platform management is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the North American market, customer needs, and channel requirements.
- Ability to work effectively with regional sales teams, internal departments, licensed brand partners, and China HQ.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
