Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to support and execute core HR functions across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and compliance. This role serves as a key partner to managers and employees, ensuring HR processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including promotions, transfers, probation confirmations, and offboarding.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Ensure HR documentation is maintained in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Compensation \& Benefits
- Support payroll processing by ensuring timely and accurate submission of employee data.
- Administer employee benefits programs, insurance, and leave management.
- Assist in compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and reward programs.
Talent Acquisition \& Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide hiring updates to stakeholders.
Employee Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters.
- Support managers in handling employee relations issues, performance concerns, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions when necessary.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management
- Coordinate performance review cycles and support managers throughout the process.
- Monitor employee performance trends and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Assist in talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development programs.
Compliance \& Policy Administration
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Assist in policy development, implementation, and communication.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR processes and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Bilingual to communicate with Chinese speaking stakeholders
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and HR analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
