Vice President, Enterprise Data & AI

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Data \& AI to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This executive role will shape the enterprise strategy for data, analytics, and AI across regions and functions. The successful leader will guide the evolution of the data platform, governance framework, and responsible AI practices while driving measurable business value. This position also calls for close partnership with senior stakeholders to prioritize investments, improve performance, and build a high-performing global team.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $210,000 – $250,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the enterprise Data \& AI roadmap across regions and functions.
• Develop and manage the benefits case for the Data \& AI portfolio, ensuring measurable value is realized.
• Direct the operation of the enterprise data platform and AI capabilities, ensuring scalability and security.
• Establish and oversee enterprise data governance and responsible AI practices.
• Set priorities and performance measures to focus resources on high-impact initiatives.
• Manage the operating and investment budget for Data \& AI, driving cost improvements.
• Build and lead a global team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 15\+ years of experience in data, AI/ML, engineering, or platform leadership roles with executive accountability.
• 8\+ years of direct management experience.
• Proven track record managing an operating budget of $5M or more.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft ecosystem and modern data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.
• Deep knowledge of data governance frameworks and responsible AI practices.
