A growing fashion brand based in New York is seeking a Graphic Designer to support its tween ready-to-wear business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, founder-led environment and play a key role in shaping the brand’s print and graphic direction.
Position Overview
This role will focus on creating
Tween trend-driven prints and graphics across RTW collections
, with a strong emphasis on soft goods. The Graphic Designer will be the sole owner of print development, working closely with design leadership to translate trend insights into commercially viable product. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of emerging trends and the ability to anticipate what will resonate with the target customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop original prints and graphics for RTW collections
- Translate trend insights into commercially viable, brand-right designs
- Maintain a strong understanding of current and emerging trends in prints, motifs, and graphics
- Own print development across soft goods categories
- Partner closely with the design team to execute seasonal concepts
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, founder-led environment with evolving priorities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in RTW print or graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Ability to create original prints and repeat patterns
- Strong understanding of trend forecasting and market relevance
- Comfortable working independently in a lean team structure
- Strong organizational skills and ability to execute quickly
