Web3 Education Lead to help shape how developers learn, engage, and build on Hedera.
This role is for someone with real Web3 depth — not just awareness. You’ll understand the developer journey end to end and know how to turn education into adoption.
What you’ll do
- Own the developer education strategy from first touch to mainnet.
- Build practical learning experiences that help developers move fast.
- Create tutorials, demos, code samples, templates, and interactive content.
- Run workshops, webinars, and live coding sessions.
- Track what matters: completion, activation, and real product adoption.
- Work closely with engineering, product, marketing, and community.
What we’re looking for
- Strong hands-on skills in JavaScript, Python, and/or Java.
- Real experience in Web3 / EVM ecosystems.
- A solid understanding of the developer funnel and how to drive activation.
- Experience building learning paths, certifications, or developer education programs.
- Confidence using data to measure engagement and outcomes.
- Someone who can build, teach, and influence.
Success in this role means developers don’t just discover Hedera — they
start building on it.
