You'll be part of the execution engine behind Needle's paid campaigns.

Every brand on Needle is supported by:
- An Account Strategist
- the human in the loop for strategy — setting direction, defining what to test, and making the judgment calls that keep brands growing.
- A Campaign Manager
- the human in the loop for execution and performance — the person who takes a strategic direction and makes it work in the real world. Not just running campaigns, but reading signals, surfacing learnings, and bringing the on-the-ground judgment that shapes what gets tested next alongside the Account Strategist.
We're hiring for the Campaign Manager.
What you'll be doing
- Launch and manage Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns from setup to reporting.
- Monitor daily performance, troubleshoot issues, and adjust based on data.
- Deliver weekly reports that summarize learnings and next actions.
- Flag potential mismatches or friction across the ad-to-page experience (e.g., message disconnect, slow load, unclear offer).
- Collaborate with the strategist and creative team to align on next tests.

You don't wait for weekly instructions — you take initiative within the strategy you're given.
⚙️ Fast and fluent in tools
You're confident navigating Ads Manager, pulling data, and using AI tools to speed up testing or copy iteration.
The right fit:
- 3–5 years managing paid campaigns for DTC or eCommerce brands.
- Comfortable with small-to-mid ad budgets (from $3K/month to $50K/month).
- Able to work in messy, real-world funnels where performance is more art than formula.
- Communicates clearly and proactively — flags what's not working, fast.
