Towson, MD (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

$130K–$150K \+ bonus

We’re partnering with a growing, multi-location organization seeking a

hands-on Director of IT

to own day-to-day operations and lead technology integrations across the business.

This is a

high-impact role

in a cloud-first, remote-heavy environment — ideal for someone who enjoys both execution and ownership.

What You’ll Do:

•Own IT operations for a distributed workforce (\~300 employees)

•Manage endpoint environment (laptops, mobile, M365, Azure)

•Act as escalation point for support (small helpdesk team)

•Lead

IT integrations for acquired companies

(evaluation → migration → standardization)

•Partner with leadership on IT strategy, security, and vendors

•Support internal tools (Apps, reporting, scheduling systems)

Environment:

•Microsoft stack (Azure, M365, Power Platform)

•Cloud-first, minimal infrastructure (no on-prem servers)

•Remote workforce with light hardware footprint

What You Bring:

•Experience in IT leadership or senior hands-on IT roles

•Strong Microsoft cloud experience (Azure, M365)

•Background supporting remote organizations

•Experience with

system migrations or M\&A integrations

preferred

•Comfortable being

hands-on (\~50%)

in a lean environment
