Join us as a Key Accounts Manager for the Americas market!
In this remote, U.S. based role, you will play a pivotal role in driving Parcel Perform’s business growth by cultivating strong customer relationships, and contributing to our strategic expansion across the region. Ideally the candidate will be based in the Greater Chicago Area.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own Revenue Targets:
Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers with clear accountability for renewals, upsell, and expansion quotas.
- Drive Account Growth:
Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning Parcel Perform solutions with customer needs.
- Lead Commercial Strategy:
Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and long-term customer growth.
- Own Renewal Cycles:
Proactively manage contract renewals, including pricing, negotiation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Lead Solution-Oriented Engagements:
Translate business and technical requirements into scalable Parcel Perform solutions, particularly in multi-carrier environments.
- Drive Integration Initiatives:
Work with customer IT and operations teams to support integrations with ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS, and other backend systems.
- Act as a Technical-Commercial Bridge:
Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to ensure successful implementation and expansion.
- Engage Senior Stakeholders:
Build relationships across both C-level business leaders and technical decision-makers.
- Support Complex Sales Cycles:
Contribute to RFPs, solution design, and technical validation for expansion opportunities.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- 3–5\+ years of experience in Key Account Management or Technical Sales within SaaS, logistics, or e-commerce environments.
- Proven track record of owning and achieving revenue targets, including renewals and upsell quotas.
- Strong understanding of multi-carrier logistics environments and shipping ecosystems.
- Good experience with backend system integrations (ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS).
- Ability to engage and influence both commercial and technical stakeholders, including C-level and IT teams.
- Experience supporting API-based integrations or technical implementations (no coding required, but strong conceptual understanding).
- Background in logistics, freight forwarding, carriers, or 3PLs is highly valued.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing renewal and contract discussions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities through data and customer insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
