About The Position
We are searching for a dynamic
Product Designer
focused on
optimization testing,
to join our team as we deliver groundbreaking solutions in the ecommerce, retail, and fintech sectors. This in-office role offers the opportunity to drive and shape our A/B testing and optimization programs, using your design skills to develop usercentric products that align with our ambitious vision. This role requires a proactive collaborator who can engage diverse teams and stakeholders to enhance products across web platforms, native apps, and internal tools. By employing a broad spectrum of UX design and optimization/research techniques, this person will craft meaningful experiences that resonate with users. The ideal candidate is someone fueled by a passion for design, committed to continuous learning, and equipped with exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES
- Create designs for our A/B and optimization testing initiatives across our digital platforms.
- Participate in every phase of the design process as needed, with focus on continuous improvement, to ensure exceptional user experiences.
- Execute comprehensive UX A/B Testing and research to validate concepts and guide design choices.
- Develop scalable, highimpact designs that improve conversion rates and user engagement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product managers, product designers, optimization specialists, personalization specialists, analysts, data scientists, and engineers, to enhance product offerings.
- Utilize insights from user research and analytics to help product managers, optimization specialists, and personalization specialists improve feature performance and usability.
- Present and defend design decisions as needed to different teams and senior leadership, integrating constructive feedback into future iterations.
- Promote a team environment that values open communication and balances business \& user outcomes.
Minimum Experience \& Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI design, interaction design, prototyping, UX research or similar roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record of delivering usercentered design solutions, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
- Ability to design quickly and effectively for fast turnaround of A/B optimization tests.
- Proficient in designing for various platforms including web, iOS, and Android.
- Advanced skills in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and others.
- Strong skills in leveraging AI tools in the design process.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at articulating design concepts and rationales to stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience working in agile design environments, with a solid history of shipped projects.
- Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated with the latest design trends and tools.
- Experience with marketing optimization and testing platforms, content design, or UX architecture is a plus.
