 Able to independently manage complex projects from a business/analytical

perspective

 Strong experience in business analysis and requirements management

 Ability to lead structured discussions with stakeholders – strong

communication skills

 Experience creating and managing functional requirements

 Prioritize requirements based on their business impact

 Ability to maintain overview of project progress, escalate issues and propose

solutions

 Consultant type (ideally from Big4), not purely technical

specialist/developer/data analyst

 Business-oriented person with analytical thinking (i.e., not focused solely on

technical solutions)

 Basic knowledge of data analysis, for example SQL or Python (technical work

constitutes approximately 20% of the job, basic practical knowledge is

sufficient)

 Advantage: previous experience in risk, risk management, compliance,

finance, or regulated environments

Project Overview

This is a project within a large banking group, specifically one of the group risk

teams. The BA will be responsible for overseeing and leading the integration of a

new bank into the group structure, ensuring communication between business and

IT. In this case, the integration of risk models and their catalog. Generally a very

niche topic.

Remote yes, but onsite in Vienna is expected on a regular basis. It\'s a complex

project with multiple stakeholders, so I\'d say at least once a week to twice a month

for sure. At the same time, the candidate must be capable of managing it, so they

should have relevant experience.

Language: English is a must, German or Polish are a plus.

Business tools: Jira, scrum, etc. The team is composed of internal and external

people based in Vienna, Bratislava, and Warsaw. Technically, the person should be

able to handle SQL or Python for basic EDA (\~20% of the work).
