Senior Project Manager – Hospitality Fit-Out (Site-Based)

A leading consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile hotel refurbishment and fit-out project located on the Oman border, approximately three hours from Dubai.

This is a site-based role, requiring full-time presence on location for the duration of the project. The position is ideally suited to someone who thrives in hands-on environments and is comfortable being fully immersed in project delivery.

The Role

You will take full ownership of a large-scale hospitality refurbishment, overseeing all aspects of the project from site mobilisation through to completion. The scope includes significant fit-out works across hotel rooms, public areas, and F\&B outlets, requiring strong coordination across multiple stakeholders and packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the project on site
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure programme and quality targets are met
• Oversee all fit-out activities across hospitality and F\&B areas
• Drive project timelines, budgets, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with health \& safety and quality standards
• Act as the key point of contact for the client and all project stakeholders
• Proactively manage risks, variations, and on-site challenges

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within a consultancy environment
• Strong track record delivering hospitality projects, including hotel refurbishments and F\&B fit-outs
• Experience managing projects in remote or fully site-based environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to lead teams on the ground and drive delivery under pressure
• Willingness and ability to be based on site for the full project duration
