They operate in a high-growth segment of the market and offer a fully remote working environment where project leaders can take genuine ownership of a diverse and meaningful project portfolio from anywhere in the US.

They are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team on a fully remote basis. In this role, you will lead assigned EPC projects from engineering design through procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. You will be responsible for developing and managing detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans, while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies. You will conduct regular site visits, oversee contract administration and change orders, and drive collaboration across engineering, procurement, and construction teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.

High voltage experience on utility-scale solar, BESS, or substation projects is a firm requirement for this role.

The organisation is specifically looking for someone who has operated in high voltage electrical environments at scale and brings the technical depth and site-level confidence that comes with it. If your background does not include hands-on high voltage experience in one of these project types, this role is unlikely to be the right fit.

The ideal candidate should have the following:

• 5\+ years of experience managing utility-scale EPC projects, with a proven track record across high voltage solar PV, BESS, and/or substation projects — this is a non-negotiable requirement
• Demonstrable hands-on experience working in high voltage electrical environments at utility scale (145kV\+)
• Demonstrated ability to lead all phases of an EPC project lifecycle from engineering and procurement through to construction, commissioning, and closeout
• Proven experience managing complex project schedules, budgets, and multi-disciplinary teams across concurrent projects
• Strong background in contract administration, change order management, invoicing, and project reporting
• Experience serving as the primary client liaison on large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in Procore and MS Project or equivalent project management tools
• Comfortable traveling for regular site visits as required while managing day-to-day responsibilities remotely
• A proactive, adaptable approach to managing scope changes, project risks, and evolving client requirements
