About the Role

We are seeking a creative and organised Digital Content Creator based in Kerala, India, to work remotely as part of our UK team. The successful candidate will support our UK client by managing social media channels, creating engaging digital content, maintaining website content, and helping deliver marketing campaigns. This is a fully remote role requiring excellent communication, self-motivation, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Design graphics, reels, videos, blogs, and other digital marketing materials.
• Update and maintain website content with SEO best practices.
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries and online interactions.
• Develop monthly content calendars and support UK marketing campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
• Work closely with the UK team through virtual meetings and online collaboration tools.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.

Skills \& Experience

• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of Canva.
• Experience with CMS platforms, SEO, and Google Analytics.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with an overseas team.
