Full Stack Engineer

About The Role

You'll build and maintain the backend services that power our tokenization platform — a project at the intersection of traditional finance and decentralized finance. This is a backend-first role with full-stack responsibilities: you'll design robust APIs and services, and step into the frontend (React) when full-stack ownership is needed.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Design and implement scalable backend APIs and services using Node.js and TypeScript
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration and full-stack ownership when needed
• Optimize existing services for performance and reliability, ensuring a smooth user experience
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Engage in agile development practices, including sprint planning and backlog grooming

**Role Requirements**

• 4\+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Node.js and TypeScript
• Proficiency in React for full-stack responsibilities, ensuring a cohesive development process
• Experience building and maintaining backend APIs and services, with a strong understanding of RESTful principles
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to both backend and occasional full-stack tasks

**Nice to Haves**

• Experience working in the US fintech ecosystem, providing insights into industry standards and practices
• Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies to enhance service scalability
• Knowledge of database management and optimization techniques
