Procurement Officer

About the Role

As a Procurement Officer, you will handle the development and execution of procurement sourcing strategies that deliver cost savings, supplier performance improvements, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement category-specific and organization-wide sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage competitive sourcing events, including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable pricing, terms, and service levels.
• Analyze spend data and market trends to identify sourcing opportunities and cost reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, operations, legal, and compliance to support procurement goals.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage strategic supplier relationships.
• Maintain sourcing documentation, compliance records, and procurement system data.
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes and supplier management practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement (experienced in sourcing for contractors, sub-contractor, building materials, etc is a plus point).
• Experience with procurement systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret spend data, market research, and supplier metrics.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement reporting tools.
• Willing to be located in Head Office (Puri Kembangan, Jakarta Barat).
