We are seeking an experienced

Product Owner/Business Analys

t to join our team on a

6-month contract.

The ideal candidate has strong experience bridging business and technology teams, gathering and translating business requirements, managing projects, and driving successful product delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver effective technology solutions.
• Analyze business challenges and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Create documentation for workflows, interfaces, reports, forms, system upgrades, and conversions.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Define and execute test scenarios with end users and coordinate user training.
• Evaluate system enhancement and maintenance requests and recommend the best solutions.
• Work closely with Product Management, clients, and business users to define product requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and project documentation.
• Track project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Support feasibility studies, conceptual designs, and system presentations.
• Respond promptly to production issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analysis, Finance, or a related field.
• 8\+ years of experience as a Product Owner and Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of

CCM, Pre-Processor, OpenText

, or similar document management/customer communication management platforms.

• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with

Microsoft Office

,

MS Project

, and

Visio

.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in

Agile

environments.

• Hands-on experience with

JIRA

,

Confluence

, and

SharePoint

.

• Knowledge of

AI

and/or

Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

is a plus.
