JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic digital marketing leader to accelerate brand growth across digital channels through strategic storytelling and data-driven decision making. This role, based out of the Company’s NYC headquarters, is responsible for building a high-performance marketing ecosystem that blends creativity with analytics, translating customer insights into refined campaigns and compelling product positioning. The ideal candidate will ensure all digital touchpoints deliver consistent, measurable outcomes at scale while driving innovation and achieving impactful results in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Paid Social \& Digital Lead Generation
- Lead strategy and execution across Meta and other paid platforms
- Optimize campaigns toward cost per appointment and revenue
- Scale winning campaigns and test new growth channels
Funnel Optimization \& CRO
- Own full-funnel performance from click to booked appointment
- Lead A/B testing across landing pages, creative, offers, and messaging
- Improve conversion rates through structured experimentation
CRM \& Database Marketing
- Develop segmentation and nurture strategies
- Optimize remarketing and reactivation campaigns
- Improve database monetization and lifecycle performance
Data \& Analytics
- Translate campaign performance into actionable growth insights
- Build dashboards and track KPIs across the funnel
- Use data to influence budget allocation and strategy
Growth Innovation
- Test new creative formats, AI tools, and automation workflows
- Identify scalable growth levers in a competitive DTC category
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7\+ years of experience in performance marketing and digital growth, including 3\+ years in a relevant agency environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Deep hands-on experience in Meta paid social
- Proven track record improving conversion rates through A/B testing
- Strong CRM and database marketing experience
- Experience managing paid media budgets and optimizing to ROI
- Advanced analytical capability (GA4, ad platforms, dashboards)
- Experience in DTC or lead generation business models
Work Environment \& Physical Requirements
- Work is performed primarily at a desk within a corporate office setting.
- Prolonged periods of sitting, typing, and working at a computer are required.
- Frequent use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
- Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 15 lbs.) may be necessary.
- Position requires the ability to communicate effectively in person, virtually, and in writing.
