Amazon Category Brand Manager

to oversee multiple brands within the hair removal category. If you are enthusiastic about e-commerce, beauty and thrive on driving brand success, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

· Develop a comprehensive understanding of each brand's identity, values, and target audience.

· Manage and optimize brand presence on Amazon to achieve sales and growth goals.

· Serve as the primary cross-functional channel owner for assigned brands, partnering closely with Operations, Catalog, Content, and Advertising teams to prioritize initiatives and ensure execution.

· Partner with advertising specialists to design and implement impactful advertising strategies, including promotional campaigns and conversational advertising to boost sales.

· Enhance customer engagement and build loyalty by setting up brand tailored promotions and optimizing Product Detail Pages (PDPs) and A\+ content.

· Monitor and analyze customer feedback, reviews, and ratings; work with the brand teams to identify opportunities for improvement and maintain high customer satisfaction.

· Respond proactively to customer feedback to strengthen brand reputation and trust.

· Analyze key Amazon metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales, to inform strategic decisions.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and pricing strategies, enabling cost-effective decision-making.

· Leverage analytics tools to refine advertising campaigns and enhance brand performance.

· Stay informed about Amazon policies, e-commerce trends, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

· Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and an understanding of key performance metrics.

· Strong analytical skills — fluent in interpreting traffic, CVR, ACoS/TACoS, share of voice, and search query performance, and translating data into specific actions.

· Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

· Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Eagerness to learn and adapt to the evolving landscape of e-commerce brand management.
