Engineering Manager

#Qualifications

1\. 12\+ years of work experience in Automotive R\&D

2\. Experience in Team Management

3\. Good communication skills in English (TOEIC 700 or higher)

4\. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Major : Automotive /Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering etc.)

5\. Experience in Validation or CAE would be preferred

6\. CATIA V 5 / PLM capable

#Responsibilities

• General application engineering works

• New Project (Lumbar Support, Massage systems, comfort solutions) development design and management

• Prior development design and management

• Responding to design change tasks \& Responding to customer requests and design improvement tasks - Collaboration with product development related clients and related departments

• Coordination with L\&P Automotive Global teams

• Team management (Design team, test room, Proto included)

#Preferential

• Seat parts design experience - Experience in the same industry as seats preferred

• HKMC customer service experience

• Leadership holders, such as experience in carrying out automotive parts projects
