About Us

Inclusive AI

is a mission-driven, AI-powered early intervention platform that empowers parents and therapists to support children with autism and other neurodiverse conditions.

Over the past two years, we’ve built a deeply personalized digital therapy ecosystem grounded in behavioural science, developed in collaboration with global experts - including BCBAs, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists - and powered by a passionate engineering and product team in India.

Validated by leading clinical institutions, our platform is now ready to scale globally.

This isn’t just another app - it’s a purpose-built platform designed to transform early intervention and make therapy more accessible, engaging, and measurable.

Founding Market Focus

Our initial focus is the

U.S. autism therapy market

, working with:

  • Private and group ABA therapy clinics
  • Early intervention centres and special education programs
  • Health systems and insurers (payor partnerships)
  • Parent networks seeking hybrid (in-clinic \+ home) digital therapy solutions

We were selected for the UK-India Tech Accelerator Program by the British High Commission and are actively exploring UK validation and market-entry pathways with relevant clinical and ecosystem stakeholders. Our expansion into

Dubai and the Middle East

is already underway.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a founder-minded U.S. leader who can translate a validated technology platform into a commercially scalable, clinically credible, and payor-aligned business across the American autism and paediatric therapy ecosystem.

As

CEO \& Co-Founder

, you’ll shape and execute our go-to-market strategy, build strategic partnerships, and lead commercial growth. You’ll collaborate closely with investors and advisors to unlock access to payors, therapy networks, and institutional partners.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy opportunity for someone who’s built before - and is ready to build again.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute go-to-market and revenue strategies across the Americas.
  • Build and scale partnerships with therapy clinics, educational institutions, and behavioural health platforms.
  • Develop and lead our U.S. reimbursement and payor strategy - securing pathways for insurance-supported digital therapy through CPT-code alignment, payor pilots, and partnerships with Medicaid/commercial insurers.
  • Develop localized pricing, channel, and distribution models to drive adoption and retention.
  • Recruit and lead high-performing sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Engage with regulators, advisors, and clinical experts to strengthen adoption and credibility.
  • Own the P\&L and report directly to the investor board and advisory council.
  • Lead fundraising efforts across equity and strategic capital, including investor outreach, narrative development, and closing of financing rounds.
  • Represent Inclusive AI in strategic discussions, including fundraising and commercial negotiations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven founder or senior leadership experience (preferably with 1-2 successful exits in health tech, edtech, or digital therapy).
  • Experience working with or selling to ABA clinics, paediatric therapy providers, or educational institutions.
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. therapy reimbursement landscape and payor engagement.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with operational excellence - you can build GTM strategies and deliver measurable growth.
  • Exceptional storytelling and investor-facing communication skills.
  • Comfortable navigating early-stage ambiguity with high autonomy and ownership.
  • (Bonus)

Background or personal connection to behavioural therapy, neurodiversity, or early childhood development.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen, given the nature of stakeholder engagement, regulatory interactions, and long-term market ownership in the U.S.

Why Join

  • Drive meaningful impact for neurodiverse children and families at scale.
  • Partner with a strong technology co-founder and a high-calibre team that has spent 2\+ years building and validating the platform.
  • Be at the forefront of AI-driven behavioural health innovation.
  • Earn meaningful equity and help shape a mission-led, global health tech company from the ground up.
  • Join a company recognized by international accelerators and partners - already building traction across the

U.K., U.S., and Middle East

.
