Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY, for an Associate, Investments. The Associate will play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and supporting the development and execution of investment strategies. Responsibilities include preparing detailed market research, performing due diligence, creating financial models, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize investment portfolios. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to uncover new opportunities in the real estate sector.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data
• Knowledge and experience in Investments, Investment Strategies, and Investment Management
• Expertise in Finance, including financial analysis and modeling
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in financial software tools and Microsoft Excel
• Prior experience or knowledge in real estate investments is a plus
