Experience required: 0-2 years

This role IS for you if:

• You obsess over the smallest details—alignment, spacing, typography, visual hierarchy, and consistency matter just as much as the overall concept.
• You enjoy solving communication problems through design, not just making slides look visually appealing.
• You love creating original graphics, illustrations, diagrams, and layouts from scratch instead of relying on existing assets or templates.
• You have a strong sense of aesthetics and can think beyond conventional presentation design to create memorable, high-impact visuals.
• You take pride in your craft, actively seek feedback, and continuously refine your work until it meets an exceptionally high standard.

This role IS NOT for you if:

• You primarily rely on ready-made PowerPoint templates, stock layouts, or AI-generated designs instead of creating original work.
• You believe "good enough" is good enough, or don't enjoy spending time perfecting details and polishing every slide.
• You prefer decorating content rather than understanding it and transforming it into clear, compelling visual stories.
• You struggle with consistency in typography, spacing, alignment, colour, or maintaining a cohesive visual system across an entire presentation.
• You are looking for quick, repetitive design work rather than challenging projects that require creativity, critical thinking, and craftsmanship.
