Valuation and Consulting Analyst

Salem Partners LLC, headquartered in Los Angeles, CA, is a boutique financial services firm founded in 1997\. Salem Partners' dedicated valuation and consulting practice covers the entire media landscape, including filmed entertainment, music, digital, IP and other forms of media. We provide a broad set of services to our clients through this practice, including transaction fairness opinions, opinions of fair value regarding media companies and assets, strategic and industry consulting work, due diligence and buy side advisory and other related services.

We are seeking to hire a Valuation and Consulting Analyst based in our office in Los Angeles, CA. The analyst will be responsible for research, financial modeling, due diligence, presentation and other written material presentation, business development and other support for senior members of the valuation and consulting practice.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial modeling
• Striong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of valuation concepts and practices
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment in Los Angeles, CA
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field
• Prior directly relevant experience
