Job Description

We’re hiring: 3D Experiential Designer 🌐 Remote \| Full-Time

SPACES³ is a Vilnius-based experiential design studio shaping immersive environments for brands and cultural events. We’ve worked with Google, Porsche, Bentley, and Tesonet — designing everything from exhibition booths and stage scenography to public installations and brand activations.

We’re looking for a 3D Experiential Designer to join our creative team remotely (European hours). You’ll work alongside our Senior 3D Artist to bring spatial concepts to life — from early visualisation to production-ready documentation.

What You'll Do

  • Build detailed 3D models of event spaces, exhibition booths, brand activations, stage designs, retail environments, and sculptural installations in Cinema 4D
  • Compose lighting setups and produce photorealistic renders using Octane or Redshift to communicate design intent to clients and production teams
  • Prepare 2D technical schemes, plans, and production drawings that translate creative vision into buildable documentation
  • Collaborate daily with the Senior 3D Artist and creative team on concept development, iteration, and refinement
  • Collaborate with the company’s technical departments to ensure designs are feasible and production-ready.
  • Adapt and iterate quickly based on feedback and project timelines

Must-Have Skills

  • Proficient in Cinema 4D
  • Experienced with Octane Render or Redshift for high-quality visualisation output
  • Solid working knowledge hard-surface modelling techniques
  • Ability to create 2D technical schemes and production layouts from 3D designs
  • Strong sense of spatial composition, light, materials, and scale
  • Organised, self-directed, and comfortable working remotely within European time zones
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Nice-to-have (Bonus skills)

  • Experience with Rhino or Vectorworks for detailed CAD work and technical documentation
  • Understanding of manufacturing, construction methods, materials, and finishes
  • Familiarity with DMX lighting, LED screens, trusses, stage systems, and other rental/event production equipment
  • Previous work in the event industry, experiential marketing, or live production environments

💰 €1,000–1,500/month (based on experience, with growth potential)
