£65k-70k \+ 10% Bonus

I'm currently partnering with a well-established business in Erith that is looking to hire an FP\&A Analyst to join their growing finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with stakeholders across the wider business and wants to play a key role in supporting commercial and operational decision-making.

You'll work closely with teams across Operations, Transport, Sales and Finance, helping to deliver meaningful analysis, forecasting and insight that drives business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial forecasting, budgeting and planning
• Business partnering with operational and commercial teams
• Performance analysis and reporting
• Supporting strategic and financial decision-making
• CAPEX analysis and reporting
• Stock and inventory analysis
• Process improvement and financial modelling

What We're Looking For

• Previous FP\&A, Commercial Finance or Analyst experience
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Experience within stock-led, distribution, logistics, manufacturing or similar environments would be highly advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• SQL and/or VBA experience would be a bonus
• A proactive and commercially minded approach

What's On Offer

• £65,000 - £70,000 base salary
• 10% annual bonus
• Hybrid working (4 days in the office)

This role would suit someone who enjoys getting into the detail behind the numbers whilst also building strong relationships across the wider business.
