We're hiring a Senior Shopify Developer to own both backend and frontend engineering across our Shopify Plus ecosystem. This is a full-stack Shopify role — you'll architect scalable backend solutions and build polished, high-performance storefront experiences that serve customers across web, mobile, and in-store.

🔧 WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design and build scalable backend solutions for our Shopify Plus platform, including custom app development, GraphQL API integrations, and webhook-driven event systems
• Own product, inventory, and order management workflows across multiple Shopify stores
• Build and maintain Shopify Checkout Extensions and POS UI Extensions
• Develop custom themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Create reusable frontend components in React.js and integrate content via Contentstack CMS
• Integrate rich media and product assets using Cloudinary
• Collaborate with product, UX, marketing, and integration teams to ship end-to-end commerce solutions
• Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor junior developers

✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong hands-on experience with the Shopify platform — product catalog, multi-location inventory, and order lifecycle
• Proficiency with Shopify GraphQL APIs, Webhooks, and Custom App development
• Backend experience in Python and/or Node.js
• Shopify theme development (Liquid, sections, templates, metafields)
• Experience with Shopify Checkout Extensions and POS UI Extensions
• Contentstack CMS integration experience
• Solid grasp of responsive design, performance optimization, and accessibility

⭐ NICE TO HAVE

• Cloudinary, GitHub Actions / CI-CD, Azure or cloud microservices experience
• Familiarity with integration middleware (OMS, ERP, Pipe17)
• Exposure to headless or composable commerce architectures
• Experience with A/B testing and personalization platforms

🏆 YOU'LL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE

• Shopify Plus enterprise environment experience
• Multi-store or multi-brand architecture background
• High-volume / high-traffic commerce platform experience
• Unified commerce or omnichannel retail knowledge
