Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture and solution design
- Design scalable solutions using
Salesforce Health Cloud
and
Agentforce
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams
- Define integration architecture (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
- Ensure security, compliance, and best practices across the Salesforce platform
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
Required Skills:
- 15\+ years of IT experience with 5\+ years as a Salesforce Architect
- Strong experience with
Salesforce Health Cloud
- Hands-on experience with
Agentforce
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
- Strong knowledge of integrations, data modeling, and security architecture
- Experience working with healthcare/pharma clients (Genentech preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce certifications (CTA / Application Architect / System Architect)
- Prior experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical domain
