About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Unity Developer to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our mobile gaming portfolio, focusing on casual and hyper-casual games. Your primary responsibility will be to implement game functionalities, translate creative concepts into engaging gameplay, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business units. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that combine gaming with blockchain technology, contributing to the creation of industry-leading mobile games that captivate users worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Unity development and mobile game development.
• Experience in publishing a mobile game from inception to launch, demonstrating full-cycle involvement.
• Proficiency in C# programming language.
• Strong understanding of gameplay programming principles.
• Ability to independently manage projects with excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm, plan, and execute new game ideas from concept to launch.
• Drive the development process by contributing innovative suggestions and improving code quality throughout the production cycle.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to develop high-quality gaming experiences that meet user needs.
• Implement new game features and services in partnership with the Product and Backend teams.
• Focus on developing THNDR’s casual and hyper-casual game portfolio, ensuring top-tier gameplay, graphics, and animations.
• Create, debug, maintain, and optimize the game engine, editor, and related development tools.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into game development processes.
