Job Description Summary
The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing technology projects within scope, budget, and timeline. This role supports the delivery of IT solutions that enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities And Duties
Manage medium to large-scale IT projects such as system upgrades, application rollouts, and departmental technology initiatives.
Lead internal resources and third-party vendors in project execution.
Track project performance and report on milestones, identify and drive plans to resolve risks and issues.
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and ensure clear communication of project goals.
Support change management and training efforts.
Ensure adherence to healthcare IT standards and data privacy regulations.
As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Additional Job Description
- Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating foundational project management skills considered.
- PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
- 3–5 years of IT project management experience, ideally in a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
