Job Description
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Conduct therapy sessions to improve speech, language, voice, and communication skills.
- Work with children and adults with speech delays, articulation disorders, stuttering, or voice problems.
- Provide therapy for patients with neurological conditions affecting communication.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercises.
- Maintain accurate patient records, progress reports, and treatment documentation.
- Collaborate with doctors, psychologists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and ethical practices.
