What is the Opportunity?

We are seeking an experienced

Production Manager

who thrives in fast-paced live event environments and takes ownership of turning complex event plans into exceptional onsite execution.

This role is designed for someone who:

You will play a critical role in leading the production planning and execution of live events nationwide. You will partner closely with Sales, Creative, and our technical teams to translate client goals and approved scopes into executable production plans.

This is an ideal role for an experienced live event professional who wants significant ownership of complex productions while working alongside elite-level production professionals.

What Does an Elite Performer Look Like?

• 5–7\+ years of experience in live event production, A/V production management, technical production, or a similar role
• Proven experience managing complex corporate events from pre-production through onsite execution
• Strong working knowledge of professional audio, video, lighting, staging, rigging, and show production
• Strong understanding of production logistics, crew planning, equipment requirements, and venue coordination
• Experience managing production budgets, project scope, vendors, and third-party resources
• Intermediate to advanced Vectorworks experience
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, production plans, equipment lists, and event documentation
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
• Ability to identify risks, anticipate production challenges, and develop solutions before they impact the event
• Ability to troubleshoot and make effective decisions quickly under pressure
• Clear and professional communication with clients, vendors, venues, crews, and internal teams
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate project documentation
• Ability to travel nationally for site visits and event execution
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required

Nice to Haves (Bonus Points):

• Vectorworks certification or advanced formal training
• Experience leading large onsite production teams and freelance crews
• Experience managing large-scale corporate general sessions, conferences, meetings, and experiential events
• Experience with IntelliEvent or similar event production inventory and quoting platforms
• Strong technical background in one or more disciplines such as audio, video, lighting, rigging, or show control
• Experience developing and maintaining relationships with freelance technicians, production partners, and vendors
• Experience working directly with venues, unions, general service contractors, and other event partners

• You are unable or unwilling to travel regularly for events

What Does Success Look Like Within The First 6 Months?

• You’ve become proficient with EideCom’s production workflows, systems, standards, and expectations
• You independently manage assigned projects from internal kickoff through onsite execution and closeout
• Project scopes, timelines, budgets, crew plans, equipment needs, and logistics are accurate and communicated well in advance
• Clients trust you as a knowledgeable, organized, and reliable production partner
• Internal teams receive the information they need to successfully prepare and execute your events
• Production risks are identified early and resolved proactively rather than becoming onsite emergencies
• Freelancers, vendors, venues, and production partners receive clear and timely direction
• Your projects are executed professionally while protecting the approved scope, budget, and production standards
• You contribute ideas that improve EideCom’s production processes, efficiency, and event execution
• You consistently help deliver exceptional live event experiences

Salary \& Benefits:

alary: $95,000-$125,000, depending on experience.

• This role is based in our Brooklyn Park, MN office and requires in-person collaboration
