What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose \& repair residential HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot complex heating \& cooling issues
• Perform AC, furnace \& heat pump service/repairs
• Educate customers on maintenance \& system performance
• Recommend Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solutions \& upgrades
• Identify system replacement opportunities
• Participate in on-call rotation

What We’re Looking For:

• 5\+ years HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting \& diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools \& service procedures
• Professional communication \& customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces \& all weather conditions
