Job Title: Python Developer (Big Data \& AWS)
Location: Reston VA(Onsite)(Locals Only and On W2)
Duration: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with strong expertise in Big Data technologies and AWS services. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize scalable data solutions, APIs, and data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Python-based applications and data pipelines
- Work with Big Data tools like Spark for data processing and transformation
- Design and execute SQL queries for data analysis
- Integrate and manage AWS services such as EMR, Lambda, EventBridge, Step Functions, Redshift, S3, and Glue
- Build and consume APIs for data exchange
- Perform data analysis and visualization
Required Skills:
- 10\+ years of Python development experience
- 5\+ years hands-on experience with AWS services (EMR, Lambda, S3, Glue, etc.)
- Strong experience with Spark, SQL, and data manipulation
- Experience with API development and integration
Good to Have:
- Terraform experience
- Knowledge of vulnerability management
