AI Project Engineer

As an AI Project Engineer, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between technical teams and clients. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution, managing client communications, and supporting the successful delivery of AI solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to quickly understand technical concepts and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Serve as the main point of contact for client issues and inquiries related to AI solutions (including handling cases similar to Halo AI client support).

•⁠ ⁠Assist in managing end-to-end AI project lifecycles, from onboarding to deployment.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure proper onboarding of clients into required technical stacks and platforms.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to translate client requirements into actionable tasks.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.

•⁠ ⁠Identify and resolve project risks, bottlenecks, and client concerns proactively.

•⁠ ⁠Document project requirements, workflows, and technical setups clearly.

•⁠ ⁠Support continuous improvement of processes for faster and more efficient project delivery.

•⁠ ⁠Stay updated with AI tools, technologies, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Recent graduate (or final-year student) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, or software development concepts.

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

•⁠ ⁠Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

•⁠ ⁠Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.

•⁠ ⁠Prior internship or project experience in tech or AI is a plus.
