Project Manager – Business \& IT Delivery (Remote / Hybrid)

Skills

🎯 \+4/5 years of experience in Project Management, Delivery, or similar roles

🎯 Experience coordinating delivery between business teams and IT (not only defining requirements)

🎯 Proven experience managing initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies

🎯 Ability to break down unclear requirements into structured delivery plans

🎯 Experience tracking timelines, milestones, and parallel workstreams

🎯 Familiarity with Agile / Scrum or hybrid delivery models

🎯 Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools

🎯 Background in process-driven environments (finance, operations, customer workflows)

🎯 Previous experience as Business Analyst with delivery ownership is a strong plus

🎯 Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills

Your Responsibilities

✅ Take ownership of initiatives where business teams request changes to existing processes, structuring unclear requirements into clear delivery plans with defined milestones and priorities.

✅ Act as the bridge between business and IT, translating process changes (such as finance workflows, operational rules, or customer-related updates) into actionable tasks for technical teams.

✅ Coordinate delivery across multiple teams (internal IT, support teams, and external vendors), ensuring all parts of the initiative progress in alignment.

✅ Manage dependencies between teams and systems, ensuring the correct sequencing of work and synchronization of deliverables when needed.

✅ Oversee day-to-day project execution by tracking progress in tools like Jira, following up with teams, and ensuring tasks continue to move forward.

✅ Identify and address delivery risks, including unclear requirements, conflicting stakeholder priorities, and delays that could impact timelines.

✅ Keep stakeholders aligned by providing structured updates on progress, highlighting what is completed, in progress, and blocked.

✅ Coordinate releases involving multiple teams, validating dependencies and ensuring changes can be deployed smoothly without disrupting operations.

✅ Handle changes in scope or priorities by adjusting delivery plans while maintaining structure and continuity.

✅ Ensure that final delivery outcomes align with the original business need and effectively support the intended process improvements.
