Job Description

This is a high impact role within a growing corporate finance group where you will influence key planning and analytical processes. You’ll work closely with leaders across the organization to deliver clear financial insights that guide decision making. The position offers consistent exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to present meaningful analysis directly to them. You will play an essential role in refining budgeting processes and enhancing internal reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast evolving environments and enjoys both independent work and frequent collaboration. You’ll have the autonomy to rethink existing methods and introduce more efficient approaches where appropriate. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of annual and periodic budgets across multiple business groups
  • Review financial results versus plans and prior periods to identify trends and variances
  • Build management ready reporting packages summarizing key financial insights
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise manner
  • Partner with operational teams to understand performance drivers and business needs
  • Assess financial and operational metrics to support decision making
  • Develop ad hoc analyses to answer strategic questions as they arise
  • Support special initiatives requiring financial modeling and scenario reviews
  • Recommend improvements to forecasting, reporting, and analysis processes
  • Strengthen internal tools and templates to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Collaborate cross functionally to validate data and enhance information flow
  • Contribute to process optimization and best practice adoption across FP\&A

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required. MBA a plus!
  • 4\+ years corporate FP\&A experience required
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Poise and professionalism required. Comfortable engaging with many stakeholders
  • Strong financial systems aptitude (experience with advanced platforms is valued)
  • Solid Excel proficiency with heavy daily utilization
