About the Role

The Agent Designer is a hybrid consulting–design role, responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Leading as-is and to-be process discovery
• Running design thinking and innovation workshops
• Mapping customer, employee, and system journeys
• Identifying opportunities for agent-driven automation and augmentation
• Translating business pain points into functional agent designs
• Reimagining processes for agentic AI orchestration

You are the process re-imaginer, innovator, and solution designer in every agentic AI engagement. Main responsibility: Lead design workshops, map as-is and to-be journeys, reimagine business processes, and design AI agent workflows in functional and industry contexts.

Qualifications

6–12 years in consulting, service design, business analysis, or process transformation. Experience in business process mapping, journey redesign, or user experience work. Exposure to digital transformation, automation, AI/ML, or system re-engineering. Industry or functional depth in at least one major domain.

• Structured problem-solving — ability to break down complex workflows.
• Design thinking — experience running workshops and facilitating co-creation.
• Process re-imagination — ability to rethink workflows from the ground up.
• Strong visual communication — ability to create clear maps, diagrams, and specifications.
• Innovation mindset — comfortable challenging assumptions and pushing boundaries.
• Understanding of LLMs and agentic AI (not coding, but conceptual).
• Strong stakeholder management — able to align business, tech, and operations.

Preferred Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business, Design, Humanities, or related fields. Certifications in Design Thinking, Service Design, or Process Excellence are a plus.

Pay range and compensation package
