Job Description
This role supports the full product lifecycle—from market analysis and strategy development to product performance monitoring—while working closely with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to drive product improvements and identify new growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, customer demand, and the competitive landscape to help guide product strategy and portfolio decisions.
- Monitor product performance through data-driven analytics, identifying areas for improvement across margin, volume, and operational efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and sales teams to support new product development and product enhancements.
- Assist in managing product roadmaps and lifecycle planning across a complex, multi-SKU product portfolio.
- Support SKU rationalization and portfolio optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Help coordinate product launches, documentation, and internal communication across key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working in product management, engineering, consulting, or a related function within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into product and business decisions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
