What You´ll Do

• Maintain perfect synchronization between multiple warehouses and the manufacturing process to avoid disruptions
• Ensure the safe handling, storage, and transportation of dangerous goods in full compliance with ADR regulations, maintaining accurate documentation and proactively identifying and mitigating any safety risks across logistics operations
• Stay ahead of import and export regulations, ensuring full compliance across all logistics operations while navigating international requirements with precision and confidence
• Track, record, and resolve shipment deviations, ensuring supplier non-conformance issues are logged and addressed
• Identify and capture exception expenses related to logistics and transport, ensuring accurate cost allocation
• Collaborate with purchasing, engineering, and production teams to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability
• Continuously refine logistics workflows, implement best practices, and support improvements in warehouse management
• Support logistics operations in France by coordinating with local teams and partners, ensuring clear communication and efficient execution of shipments and processes

Requirements

What You'll Need

• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance frameworks, with the ability to stay up to date on evolving import and export requirements
• ADR certification or strong knowledge of dangerous goods handling, with a clear understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a structured approach
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination within a high-tech or industrial setting
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) for logistics and warehouse management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise across departments and suppliers
• Fluency in English and German
• French language skills are a strong plus, enabling smooth coordination with teams, partners, and operations in France
• Familiarity with cost optimization strategies in logistics operations
