What You´ll Do
- Maintain perfect synchronization between multiple warehouses and the manufacturing process to avoid disruptions
- Ensure the safe handling, storage, and transportation of dangerous goods in full compliance with ADR regulations, maintaining accurate documentation and proactively identifying and mitigating any safety risks across logistics operations
- Stay ahead of import and export regulations, ensuring full compliance across all logistics operations while navigating international requirements with precision and confidence
- Track, record, and resolve shipment deviations, ensuring supplier non-conformance issues are logged and addressed
- Identify and capture exception expenses related to logistics and transport, ensuring accurate cost allocation
- Collaborate with purchasing, engineering, and production teams to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability
- Continuously refine logistics workflows, implement best practices, and support improvements in warehouse management
- Support logistics operations in France by coordinating with local teams and partners, ensuring clear communication and efficient execution of shipments and processes
Requirements
What You'll Need
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance frameworks, with the ability to stay up to date on evolving import and export requirements
- ADR certification or strong knowledge of dangerous goods handling, with a clear understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a structured approach
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination within a high-tech or industrial setting
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) for logistics and warehouse management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise across departments and suppliers
- Fluency in English and German
- French language skills are a strong plus, enabling smooth coordination with teams, partners, and operations in France
- Familiarity with cost optimization strategies in logistics operations
