Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role is ideal for a seasoned recruiting professional with experience in the Department of Defense (DoD) space and a strong track record of delivering high-quality candidates across multiple locations.

You will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy while enhancing the employer brand in competitive talent markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

full lifecycle recruiting

, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management

• Partner closely with hiring managers to develop and execute

effective recruiting strategies

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and stakeholders
• Proactively source candidates through creative channels, networking, and talent pipelines
• Manage multiple requisitions across

national and multi-location hiring needs

• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in the

applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Ensure adherence to all recruitment policies, procedures, and

DoD compliance standards

• Provide market insights and influence both short- and long-term recruiting strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 6\+ years of experience in

recruitment or talent acquisition

• Proven experience managing

full-cycle recruiting

in complex environments

• Experience recruiting for

DoD-related roles

, specifically Contract Administrators and Subcontract Administrators

• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy
