Our client is seeking a highly experienced Corporate Controller to lead accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and strengthen internal controls. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited for a proven accounting professional who brings deep technical expertise, strong business judgment, and the ability to partner with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead all corporate accounting functions, including general ledger, financial reporting, and period‑end close
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements
• Establish, maintain, and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
• Oversee audit activities and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex or non‑routine transactions
• Partner closely with executive leadership, FP\&A, and operational teams to support financial strategy and decision‑making
• Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering accountability and professional growth
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reporting quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA, MBA, or Master’s degree preferred
• 10\+ years of progressive accounting experience, including senior leadership responsibility
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and extensive U.S. GAAP experience
• Proven experience leading audits and maintaining effective internal controls
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional partnership skills
