locations (interviews conducted on-site)

Pay: $60,000 base \+ performance bonus; we pay for your AZ-104

Brook Mays Music runs a real, production-scale AI agent platform, built on Claude Code and similar

AI programming tools. It's live and shipping every day. We also run 13 stores across two Texas

metros, supported by one systems administrator.

We're looking for someone early in their career who's already built real things with AI tools on

their own — and wants to bring that curiosity into a real business.

This seat grows. Learn the business and the platform well for 2–3 years. This becomes AI

Deployment Engineer, then Head of AI Operations, as the platform and your ownership of it both

grow.

What you'll do:

• Operate our AI agent platform day to day, under clear direction

• Back up our Systems Administrator on helpdesk tickets and device support

• Help departments start using the AI tools we already have

• Train people, write simple documentation, and track who's using what

• Learn from a senior systems administrator while getting hands-on time with a live AI platform

What we're looking for:

• You do not need to be a software developer. You need to have built real things with AI tools

• A side project, a bot, a workflow automation, a custom GPT, or something with Claude Code

• Show us in your application: a portfolio, a GitHub link, anything you've actually built

• Comfortable with identity and device-management basics, or able to pick them up fast

• Business-minded — you want to see how these tools change how a department actually works

• We'll pay for your AZ-104 certification as you grow into the platform side of this role

• Microsoft fundamentals (MS-900/AZ-900) or Security\+ are a plus going in, not required
