Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Operations Manager located in Greater St. Louis. The Marketing Operations Assistant will contribute to the company by supporting daily marketing operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless coordination between teams. Responsibilities include assisting with sales processes, analyzing data to improve marketing efficiency, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic goals.

SALARY: $55-$60,000 \+ Bonuses \& Commissions

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Marketing Operations and Sales processes
• Strong Communication and Analytical Skills
• Experience in Administrative Assistance and organizational tasks
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain attention to detail
• Proficiency with marketing tools and CRM systems is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
