Social Media \& Video Content Creator

to lead visual storytelling and multimedia production.

About the Role

This position serves as the

primary creative engine for all social media channels, video production, and visual branding.

Working directly out of the Boca Raton facility, you will capture daily moments, veteran impact stories, and community events, transforming raw footage into dynamic, high-engagement digital content.

This is a true end-to-end production role requiring strong proficiency in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design software. The ideal candidate pairs technical editing expertise with genuine passion for veteran advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production \& Editing:

Shoot, edit, and produce high-impact short-form (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and long-form video content using

Adobe Premiere

,

DaVinci Resolve

, and

Adobe After Effects

.

• Motion Graphics \& Visual Assets:

Create polished motion elements, title sequences, animated lower thirds, and graphic overlays to elevate brand storytelling.

• Photo Editing \& Creative Design:

Retouch photography, design event graphics, and format promotional assets using

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Lightroom

, and

Canva

.

• Social Channel Management:

Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across all social media platforms, maintaining brand consistency and actively engaging with the online community.

• On-Site Content Capture:

Film on-site facility therapies, veteran testimonials, executive updates, and marquee fundraising events/galas.

• Analytics \& Performance Tracking:

Monitor engagement metrics, view-through rates, and audience growth to refine creative strategy and expand reach.

• Video Editing \& Color Grading:

Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve

• Motion Design \& Visual FX:

Qualifications \& Requirements

• Experience:

1\+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, video editing, and digital content creation.

• Creative Portfolio:

A strong portfolio or reel demonstrating video editing, motion design, and graphic design proficiency is required for consideration.
